Erin A. DeBooy is an attorney with the Brown Law Firm. Erin focuses her legal practice in representing single and multi-family housing owners, operators, and management companies in the areas of residential landlord-tenant matters, including drafting and interpreting lease documents, representing landlords in fair housing and anti-discrimination issues, assisting clients in disputes over security deposits, repair and remedy, breach of lease, collections, code enforcement, and vendor disputes. Erin has extensive experience in the area of evictions, both at the Justice Court level and the County Court level for eviction appeals in the central Texas area.
In addition to her ligation experience, Erin is a certified mediator that brings a dispute resolution perspective to each of her client’s matters for effective case management.
